Nvidia releases Geforce 378.49 WHQL driver

Game Ready and GTX 1050 (Ti) notebook support

Nvidia has released its latest Geforce 378.49 WHQL-certified driver which bring optimizations for some of the upcoming games as well as adding support for the latest notebook GPUs, the Geforce GTX 1050 and GTX 1050 Ti.

According to the release notes, the Geforce 378.49 WHQL driver should provide an optimal gaming experience for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, early access of the Conan Exiles, and closed beta phase of the For Honor game. Nvidia also announced its newest driver over at Geforce.com where it detailed each of the games as well as announced minimal and recommended system requirements.

As noted, it also adds support for two new Geforce products, the Geforce GTX 1050 notebook and GTX 1050 Ti notebook.

Release notes also include several added or updated SLI profiles including Battlefield 1, Deus Ex: Breach Standalone (DX 11 profile), Diablo III (DX 11), Dreadnought 2016 (DX 11), LEGO: Minifigures Online, Sid Meier's Civilization VI, Shooter Game (HDR), Sniper Elite 4, Space Hulk: DeathWing, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands and Watch Dogs 2.

The release notes also include a big list of fixed bugs mostly focused on Geforce Titan X, GTX 1080, GTX 1070 and GTX 1060 graphics cards as well as games like Battlefield 1, Just Cause 3, and others.

As always, the Geforce 376.60 Hotfix driver is available for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and can be found over at Nvidia's dedicated support page.
