Apple has finally confirmed the recent rumors and started to send out invitations for its "Let's talk iPhone" event that will take place on October 4th at Apple's campus in Cupertino.
It looks like the rumors from a few days ago were right on the money, as Apple is now sending out invitations for its event. Unlike the previous events that were held in San Francisco, Apple is now inviting the members of press to its home, the campus in Cupertino. The reason for this change might be the LTE demonstration but the info is still pretty slim.
There are still rumors that Apple might show both the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S, while others are saying that there will be only one phone. It appears that AT&T has issued a vacation blackout order for its employees for the middle of October, which might suggest that the iPhone (or iPhones) will show its face around that time.
In any case, the event will take place in six days and we'll know for sure once Tim Cook shows up on stage.
