Updated: Largest Retina screen, new keyboard, and new hardware
As expected and rumored earlier, Apple has now officially unveiled its new 16-inch Macbook Pro, coming with the largest Retina screen so far, new keyboard and Force Touch trackpad, Touch Bar, Touch ID, and all new hardware, including up to 8-core CPU, new Radeon Pro 5000M series GPUs, up to 64GB of RAM, and up to 8TB of storage.
Pro version of the Radeon 5500M with 24 CUs
According to a leak, it appears that Apple has gone for AMD's RDNA architecture GPU with its rumored 16-inch Macbook Pro, which will get Radeon Pro 5500M graphics.
Game Ready for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Stormland

2-core/4-thread with Radeon Vega 3 graphics
In addition to the new flagship Ryzen 9 3950X and 3rd gen Threadripper SKUs, AMD also announced its new Athlon 3000G APU, a 2-core/4-thread 35W TDP chip with Radeon Vega 3 graphics, coming to the shops on November 19th.
Threadripper 3960X and 3970X coming on November 25th
AMD has announced its 3rd generation Threadripper CPUs, and it will start with two SKUs, the 24-core/48-thread Threadripper 3960X, and the 32-core/64-thread Threadripper 3970X. Both will be coming along with the new TRX40 platform and are likely to be available on November 25th for $1399 and $1999, respectively.
The 16-core/32-thread flagship for $749
AMD has announced its newest Ryzen 9 flagship CPU which will fit into existing socket AM4 motherboards, the Ryzen 9 3950X. It is coming to retail/e-tail shelves on November 25th for $749.

AMD has released its newest Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.11.1 driver which brings all the optimizations for Red Dead Redemption 2 game, as well as adds further Vulkan Extension support, and fixes several issues.

Nvidia has released its latest Geforce 441.12 WHQL Game Ready driver which brings optimizations for Red Dead Redemption 2 game, which launches on PC today, Need for Speed Heat game, which comes on November 8th, Borderlands 3, as well as some other new features and bug fixes.
