Nvidia rolls out Geforce 391.01 Game Ready driver

One to have for PUBG, Final Fantasy XV, WoT and Warhammer: Vermintide 2

Nvidia has released its latest Geforce 391.01 Game Ready driver which it claims will provide optimal gaming experience in several new games as well as performance improvements to some games like Final Fantasy XV, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, and World of Tanks 1.0.

According to Nvidia's blog post, the new driver brings decent performance improvements for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), with up to seven percent gain on some graphics cards and certain resolutions.

In addition to the performance improvements in those games, the new Geforce 391.01 Game Ready driver adds or updates SLI profiles for Agents of Mayhem and PixArk, as well as adds or updates 3D Vision profiles for Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition, Surviving Mars, Switchblade, and Warhammer: Vermintide 2.

The driver also fixes several bugs seen earlier including dynamic reflection flickering in BeamNG, flickering shadows in Call of Duty WWII, Windows shutdown issue with NvfbcPluginWindow, issues with Stereoscopic 3D, minor difficulties with Nvidia Control Panel, GPU performance matters on Geforce GTX 965M and OpenGL crashes on Geforce GTX 980 and GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards.
