Nvidia's 16-nanometer Pascal P100 for super computer is out in the wild. Fudzilla managed to make a picture of the GPU surrounded by four HMB 2 memory chips and voltage regulators.

This is how the first Pascal looks like but have in mind this is not the Geforce chip.

The chip has the designation "Taiwan 1537A1 N6P810.LCP" and was spotted on the show floor at the 2016 GPU Technology Conference in San Jose California. This is the first sighting of Nvidia's workstation Pascal chip, which is comprised of 15.3 billion transistors and supports 16GB of 4096-bit High Bandwidth 2 (HBM2) memory.
