Support for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and some game improvements

Nvidia has rolled out its latest Geforce 364.72 WHQL drivers which bring support for Oculus Rift and an improved experience for HTC Vive, as well as some improvements in current and upcoming games.

Being primarily the VR Ready drivers for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) headset and bringing "an improved experience" for HTC Vive, the new new Geforce 360.72 WHQL drivers also include support for a couple of VRWorks features, most likely earlier unveiled VR SLI, Multi-Res Shading (MRS), Context Priority with asynchronous time warp and others.

In addition to support for VR headsets and Nvidia VRWorks, the new Geforce 364.72 WHQL drivers also feature performance and stability improvements for a couple of games including Quantum Break, Dark Souls III, early-access Paragon and Killer Instinct. The new Geforce 364.72 WHQL drivers also bring all the optimizations and enhancements for Oculus Rift launch titles like EVE: Valkyrie, Chronos and Elite Dangerous.

As always, you can download the new Geforce 360.72 WHQL drivers over at Nvidia's drivers support page.
