Perfect logic board has freeze or restart feature

Apple is recalling a "small percentage" of iPhone 8 devices over the fact that the super, cool and expensive phone has an issue with the logic board.

Apple said that the affected devices may have shipped with a super, cool and ground-breaking freeze or restart feature.

Apple has launched a repair programme for the iPhone 8 but not the iPhone 8 Plus, which seems to have sidestepped the issue.

The phones appear to have been manufactured between September 2017 and March 2018, and sold in the US, New Zealand, Australia, China, India, and Japan.

If you have an iPhone 8, you can copy and paste the serial number in Apple's iPhone 8 checker tool. There are a few ways to get your device fixed if it is affected or you could just buy a phone which does the same thing better at half the price.
