RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and the RTX 4070 SUPER

According to the latest rumors, Nvidia could launch its Geforce RTX 40-series SUPER lineup refresh at the CES 2024 show, scheduled to kick off on January 9th in Las Vegas. The lineup should include the RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and the RTX 4070 SUPER graphics cards.

There have been numerous reports that Nvidia is working on the RTX 40-series SUPER lineup adding a bit more CUDA cores to the existing lineup. The latest one, coming from kopite7kimi over at Twitter and spotted by Videocardz.com, suggests that Nvidia could announce or launch these graphics cards at the CES 2024 show. Nvidia does not usually launch graphics cards at shows. Still, it could be possible that the SUPER refresh will focus on custom versions from various Nvidia AIC partners, making a show like CES 2024 perfect for such a launch.

Earlier rumors suggested that Nvidia will most likely launch two, if not three, new RTX 40-series SUPER versions. The RTX 4080 SUPER could use the fully-enabled AD103 GPU, packing 10,240 CUDA cores and 16GB of GDDR6X memory, which should still put it below the RTX 4090 but give it a decent boost in performance. The same goes for the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, which could end up with either AD102 or AD103, or both, pack 8,448 CUDA cores and now come with 16GB of GDDR6X memory, which will differentiate it from the original RTX 4070 Ti. The RTX 4070 SUPER could pack 7,168 CUDA cores and still pack 12GB of GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit memory interface.

Nvidia will be present at CES 2024, and there will probably be more information as we draw closer to the show. In the meantime, MEGAsizeGPU has leaked the box for the upcoming RTX 40-series graphics card, which includes the new SUPER logo.
