Nvidia rolls out a Geforce 442.50 WHQL Game Ready driver

One to have for new season/expansions of Apex Legends, The Division 2, and ARK: Survival Evolved

Nvidia has released its latest Geforce 442.50 WHQL Game Ready graphics driver with support for some upcoming games, support for new G-Sync Compatible monitors, and a couple of bug fixes.

According to the release notes, the new Geforce 442.50 WHQL Game Ready graphics driver will provide the optimal gaming experience for Apex Legends: Season 4, The Division 2 - Warlords of New York expansion, and ARK: Genesis Part 1.

In addition to these game optimizations, the new driver also adds support for several new G-Sync Compatible monitors, including AOC AG271FZ2, AOC AG271F1G2, and the ASUS PG43U.

The driver also fixes several previously spotted bugs, including a game crash with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG 0x887A0006 error in Apex Legends, random crashes in Mortal Kombat, flickering issues with HDR and Vulkan API in Zombie Army: Dead War 4, issues with low-latency mode in Battleye, issues with Vulkan API and Pascal and older GPUs in Red Dead Redemption 2, and some other minor issues.

The Geforce 442.50 WHQL Game Ready driver is available for 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 7 OS and supports all graphics cards since Geforce GTX 600 series. You can download it from Nvidia's official driver support page.
