The original UM773, which was unfortunately only available in China (as far as we know), and which also came with the same Ryzen 7 7735HS APU, was quite popular, so it does not come as a surprise that the UM773 Lite comes with similar specifications but it is already available in Europe via minisforum.de. It is even discounted from €569 down to €479, for a barebone version.
As it is a part of Minisforum Venus series, it comes with the same small case and uses a liquid metal thermal solution that should keep the Ryzen 7 7735HS well-cooled.
In case you are wondering, the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS is a Zen 3+ APU with 8-cores and 16-threads, working at a 3.2GHz base and 4.75GHz maximum Turbo clock. It also has an RDNA2 Radeon 680M iGPU with 12 CUs. The TDP is set at 54W.
It supports up to 64GB of DDR5-4800 memory in two SODIMM slots, has a single M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slot, and has one 2.5-inch SATA slot. It comes with a 2.5Gbit Ethernet port, one USB 3.2 Type-C and two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, USB4 port that can support 8K/60Hz display, two HDMI outputs, and more. It also has M.2 2230 WiFi/Bluetooth.
As said, a barebone version is currently priced at €479.
