How did they get the bubbles in it?

Gigabyte is shipping a new generation of laptops in its AERO series for content creators. The new generation laptops come with 10th Gen Intel Core H-series processors and Nvidia  GeForce RTX 20 SUPER graphics.

New Aero models include are fitted with 10th gen Intel Core H-series processors and include: 15-inch Aero 15 OLED with 4k UHD display; 17-inch Aero 17 hdr; 15-inch Aero 15 with FHD 144hz; and 17-inch Aero 17 with FHD 144hz.

The world’s first Microsoft Azure AI notebooks, Gigabyte’s Aero series laptops are equipped with AI that detects the use of applications and collects configuration data of processors, graphics, and fans. Using the Azure cloud-based database, the AI automatically optimises the laptop’s configuration to offer a stable and comfortable work environment for creators, thus eliminating the need for manual configurations. With Intel Core i9-10980hk processors, Nvidia Geforce  RTX 2080 super graphics cards, and improved AU, the new laptops receive a significant boost in performance, executing 3d rendering on cinema 4d 30 faster than the previous generations.

Mark aj Nazal (pictured) is one of the creators currently using Aero 17 HDR for their creative work. He is better known as the bloke behind the visual effects on Lucifer and Westworld. Nazal said that his Aero laptop is fitted with a processor and graphics that boost his work efficiency by enabling him to conduct a fast preview in the editing software, and that the portability of the laptop allows him to work efficiently on the road.

Independent filmmaker, director, and screenwriter Sylvia Ray said: “I knew the colour was off for the longest time and DaVinci resolve actually stopped working on my PC for some reason… it was not until I got my hands on Aero 15 OLED I was able to see clearly what was working and what was not, and make the adjustments I needed to make. When I had my final export for the pilot, editing the trailer was a cinch and took less than a minute to export I believe.”

Aero series laptops are the first to be fitted with a Samsung AMOLED display, which not only supports 100 percent DCI-P3, a standard gamut for digital contents, but also conforms to VESA display HDR 400 true black standard. Compared to LCD, which supports SRGB gamut, Aero’s display can show 25 percent more color and details. All displays are Xrite  Pantone certified and calibrated with professional color calibrators.

While most manufacturers only test samples, Gigabyte said it insists on calibrating every single display to ensure that every Aero laptop shows the most accurate colour to its user.

Starting today, the full line of Aero series creator laptops, including Aero 15 OLED, Aero 15, Aero 17 hdr, and Aero 17, will be available through all major channels. Purchasers of RTX studio models are entitled to three months of free Adobe Creative Cloud membership offered by Nvidia.
