The newly announced chipset for the global version of the Redmi Note 15 5G, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, is based on four 2.4GHz Cortex-A78 and four 1.8GHz clocked Cortex-A55 cores, and Adreno 710 GPU. This configuration, coupled with the rest of the features, makes it similar to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. Qualcomm promises a 10 percent better GPU performance and up to 30 percent better CPU performance, compared to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.
In addition to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC, main 108MP main camera, and a 5,520mAh battery, the upcoming global version of the Redmi Note 15 5G should also come with a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 20MP selfie camera.
