New marshmallow dates

A new version of the Android roadmap has been leaked with some different dates from what was previously rumoured.

PhoneArena , said that the Galaxy S6 Edge+ which was originally scheduled for December has been pushed to January 2016.

The handset’s status along with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge have changed from Approved to Testing, which we can only assume is one step closer to being released.

The Galaxy Note 5’s release appears to still be on time for December 2015, and according to its status it is now being uploaded. Other changes include the Galaxy S5 which had previously been listed as “Waiting Approval” to being Approved. Samsung introduce new devices to its phase one list in the form of the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch and 8-inch models.

There are a lot of new phones being added to phase two. This includes the Samsung Galaxy J-series, along with the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and 8.4.

We can’t confirm the accuracy of the leak, but at the moment it looks as good a cunning plan as any.
