For performance notebooks

Walton Chaintech, the once semi-famous motherboard makers, at least in Europe, turned memory and graphics card manufacturer has announced DDR2 800MHz SODIMM modules with capacities up to 2GB.

This means that if you've invested in a brand spanking new PM965 notebook you should be able to pair it up with some decent performing memory rather than some slower 667MHz modules which are still the most common SODIMM's,

Walton Chaintech also offers 2GB modules with 667MHz bus speed, for those looking at upgrading their current notebooks.

The 800MHz modules has memory timings of 5-5-5-15 and operates at 1.8V. The new modules should be available by the time you're reading this.
