Two times 8 pin power
Sources close to TGT overclocking company have confirmed that their Geforce GTX 560 Ti can go beyond 1GHz. The standard clock is 822MHz but these overclocking veterans have made a different PCB in order to provide some better overclocking.

The secret ingredient is the new PCB with two 8 pin power connectors while the reference design requires one eight pin and one six pin power connector. With two 8-pin connectors, TGT can provide more power and get “GTX 580 like” overclocking from this performance board.

Let’s not forget that they plan to use AC Triple Zen cooler with a back plate as this combination was quite successful for them in the past. They should have some images and pricing shortly but so far, this might be the fastest card to be launched in this GTX 560 Ti launch frenzy.

We’ll keep you informed.
