It looks like the RV710 will be a huge step for the value GPU market, as this new card has incredibly low dissipation and it still has 120 stream processors.

Radeon 3400 series has only 40 stream processors and as you can see, the spec already looks very impressive. We've heard that Radeon 4450 is likely to be the brand of this card and we are talking about a sub-$60 product.

This card will directly go after Geforce 9400GS, the rebranded Geforce 8500GT.
