Borderlands fans that have yet to purchase the three expansion packs for the game via download will also be able to purchase them in retail when they are released on a single disc on April 9th in the U.K.

The disc version of the DLC for the Xbox 360 and PC version of Borderlands will include: The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned, Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot and The Secret Amory of General Knoxx. Plans are unknown at this time about a potential PlayStation 3 release of the disc-based DLC bundle, but no one seems to be ruling it out.

North American consumers received the Borderlands Double Game add-on pack on February 23rd, which contains only The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned and Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot. As with the U.K. release, it only arrived for the Xbox 360 and PC platforms.

While pricing has yet to be announced for the U.K. bundle release, we have to expect that it will cost more than the $19.99 that the Borderlands Double Game add-on pack was sold for in North America. Our sources suggest that the price is likely to translate into between $25 and $30 when released.
