A Miami man has admitted hacking into variou business computer networks to download and sell customers' credit and debit card information.

Christopher Scott, 25, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy, unauthorized access to computer systems, access device fraud, and identity theft. For more than four years, between 2003 and 2007, Scott and others broke into computer systems of large companies such as Boston Market, Sports Authority, and Marshalls.

The targets of the attacks were records of credit card transactions and other details that could be used in ID fraud. He faces up to 22 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
