Steve Wozniak hates Apple vs. Samsung verdict

Good guy Woz strikes again

Apple cofounder Steve Wozniak is anything but happy with the outcome of the Apple vs. Samsung lawsuit and he reckons it will be completely overturned.

In an interview with Bloomberg, the great Woz said he does not agree with the verdict at all.

“I hate it. I don't think the decision of California (court) will hold,” he said. “And I don't agree with it - very small things I don't really call that innovative. I wish everybody would just agree to exchange all the patents and everybody can build the best forms they want to use everybody's technologies.”

It is understandable that Wozniak is not all that pleased with what Apple has become. Back in the day it was truly an innovative company, but now it is basically rehashing old concepts and suing people who dare make rectangular phones. The other day Apple even sued a Polish grocery chain for using an apple in its logo and that is probably not what Woz had in mind when he was developing the first Apple machines.

Commenting the iPhone 5 launch, Woz said that will wait until he plays around with one until giving his opinion and comparing it to the competition. He said he hopes Apple managed to improve the camera on the new iPhone, as the competition has better snappers.
