Full tower chassis packed with features

NZXT has officially launched its latest Switch 810 hybrid chassis that will be a part of NZXT's Crafted Series. Aimed at PC enthusiasts, NZXT markets this case as the most versatile and highly adaptable full tower chassis to date.

The hybrid part of the chassis is rather interesting as NZXT's Switch 810 can be "switched" to provide either superb airflow or "whisper-quiet" silence, and even modified for liquid cooling. As far as the specs go, this 235x595x585mm case made out of plastic and steel combination, features four external 5.25-inch drive bays, six internal 3.5-inch ones, supports E-ATX, XL-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ATX motherboards, has a spacious CPU cutout for high-end CPU cooler mounting, USB 3.0, SD card reader and HDD dock on its front panel, acrylic window for hardware showing off, nine expansions slots and much more.

As far as the cooling goes, the Switch 810 features room for two 120/140mm front fans (one 140mm included), one rear 120/140mm fan (one 140mm included), up to three 120/140mm top fans (one 140mm included), two bottom 120/140mm ones, two interior 120/140mm pivot fans (one 140mm included) that can be angled to blow at VGA and CPU. The front, rear and bottom fans feature dust filters. The new Switch 810 also has two white light LEDs on the back for visibility in dark enviroments that can be toggled with a switch, which is a rather neat feature.

We already did a short preview and our review should be up pretty soon but we do think that NZXT Switch 810 is a really neat looking case, especially when you consider the US $169.99 price tag.
