DRM software breaks Valhalla

Intel has posted a release that the hybrid CPU core architecture on Alder Lake can be incompatible with certain games, specifically some protected by the anti-piracy DRM software from Denuvo.

Kojima Productions has now confirmed that the PC version of Death Stranding will be launching on June 2nd, and the game will be available on both Steam and Epic Games Store. It has also been confirmed it will use Denuvo protection, but won't have the dreaded "1 machine activation limit".

Games are being cracked a day after their launch

The hope that games publishers have placed in Denuvo anti-tamper technology and digital rights management scheme is turning out misplaced with most games being hacked within a day of their release.
