The net-eyed guys from Techreport.com have spotted AMD's Athlon II X4 620 over at Newegg.com. This 2.6GHz part with 512kb of L2 cache has been listed for a few moments, as AMD apparently didn't want it up yet, with a price set at US $125.99.

The new Athlon II X4 620 works at 2.6GHz has 512kb of L2 cache and a TDP of 95W. This is of course an AM3 CPU. The specs do look similar to the Phenom II but a key difference is that the new Athlon's are L3 cache-less.
