Worldwide dominance for £3,995

A company with a funny name, YoyoTech might have a Spec CPU 2006 test best performer in the block. The machine branded as YOYOTech’s Fi7EPOWER MLK1610 can be up to 50 percent faster and only half of the price of its nearest competitor. We are talking about a single CPU Core i7 965 CPU clocked at 3.73GHz with SMT enabled, Asus P6T Deluxe motherboard, 9GB Corsair DDR3 memory, Intel X25M 80GB SSD drive, Samsung F1 1TB drive and HIS 4870 X2 2GB card.

The previous record was held by an exotic 8 core Sun Sparc system but YOYOTech’s Fi7EPOWER MLK1610 is 50 percent faster and, at £3,995, is only half the price.

The chaps from Future Bublishing who had a chance to play with this machine say that the machine is rock solid and that it managed to run the spec’s test for 3 days.

If we got your attention, you can check it out here.
