As you may have heard, the memory/PSU manufacturer Mushkin has recently decided to try to make its way into the graphics card market. The first card that should have debuted on January 10th is Geforce 8800GT with Nvidia's reference design. Our favorite European price search engine has listed the card and showed us the details.

The new 8800 GT card from Mushkin, branded Mushkin 8800 GT XP Overcklocked Edition, is factory overclocked and works at 700MHz for the core, 975MHz for 512MB of GDDR3 memory and 1750MHz for the Shader clock. This is a nice boost from 600/900/1500MHz (GPU/Memory/Shaders) reference clocks. Mushkin has also included a nice bundle with this card, a USB flash drive with drivers and utils and a Mushkin Enhanced T-shirt.

Of course, higher clocks means a higher price tag, in Mushkin's case the price tag is far too much higher. The lowest price listed is €290.99, which is a bit high even for the overclocked 8800 GT. For some unknown reason, those two retailers that listed the Mushkin 8800 GT as available have pulled it from their Web site. Maybe it wasn't the time for Mushkin's 8800 GT to appear, but anyway we have the picture and specifications, and maybe even the right price.

You can find it here.
