It's come to our attention that the current crop of dual GPU graphics cards based on Radeon HD 2600 XT GPU's are pretty much for show, as they don't fit the pricing structure for most if not all graphics card manufacturers in terms of the performance gain they deliver.

Considering that it's cheaper to buy two separate cards than one with two GPU's on it, it's not hard to understand why some companies aren't too bothered about having a dual GPU solution or they'll only have a limited ammount of cards and they might only be available in selected markets.

Besides this, they have to spend a lot of time and resources to develop the dual GPU cards and this is partly why they end up more expensive when they go on sale.

It might be cool in terms of bragging rights to own one of these cards, but they do little in terms of offering anything two cards won't. The only scenario when it really makes sense to get one of these babies is when you have a motherboard with only one PCIe x16 slot, since it would be impossible to add a second card.
