Computex 07: Next week

Some big ATI customers will start selling computers powered by RV610 graphics cards as early as next week.

ATI has finally got the chips out of the fabs and as ATI was always more of an OEM company than retail orientated, the big OEMs are the first to have it.

Add in board partners are getting the chips in the next two to three weeks, so the retail market will have to wait until late June or early July to be able to get their hand on one of these new cards.

ATI and its partners feel good about the chip as the customers want it, especially the big OEMs.
