This is pretty much the third driver release from AMD that is exclusive to the RX 7900 series, but hopefully, the major driver release is just around the corner.

In the meantime, the Software Adrenalin 23.1.2 driver adds support for Forspoken, IREE compiler using MLIR interface on Vulkan, and additional Vulkan API extensions.

It also fixes some issues including the error message "Delayed Write Failed" on Microsoft Windows 11 version 22H2 with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, poor performance issues in SpaceEngine, and missing or flickering textures in Emergency 4.
