As you would expect from an entry level card the RX 6400 has with modest specs but has some rather good power consumption figures.  It was expected to bring hope to that end of the market which had recently to put up with the dull as dishwater Radeon RX 6500 XT.

Custom Radeon RX 6400 models are currently available from two manufacturers: MSI and TITA and are being sold for about $250 Argentinian retailers ask about roughly $450 for single-fan variants.  The Italian site has it at € 472.50. MSI RX 6600 MECH 2X 8 GB GDDR6

The RX 6400 is similar to the RX 6500 XT with key changes focused on lower core clocks, fewer ray accelerators, lower memory clock, and noticeably reduced power consumption.
