Shorter than reference

According to the info over at Donanimhaber.com, Sapphire is going to announce yet another non-reference HD 4850 card.

The card is cooled by a special dual-slot cooler and the PCB is totally changed. The new card's voltage regulation part is moved to the other side of the PCB, closer to the back plate. Unlike the voltage regulation part which is cooled by a small heatsink, the memory on this card is not cooled, unless you count the air produced by the GPU cooler's fan.

We don't know the exact dimensions, but due to the current place of the VRM this card will end up shorter than the rest of the HD 4850 cards. According to the info at Donanimhaber.com this card should work at 625MHz for the core and it will come with 512MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 1,986MHz.
