THQ will drop tablets this holiday season
The uDraw series and game tablet offering on the Nintendo Wii has been so successful that THQ has decided to see if it can repeat this kind of success on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Beyond the fact that we know that the tablet is coming this holiday season, we suspect that we will see conversions of uDraw Studio for sure, and likely some of the Pictionary releases, too. It is hard to say if Kung Fu Panda 2 and SpongeBob uDraw titles will also make it to the 360 and PS3.

There is also no word on how the tablet will connect to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Will the design be wired or wireless? We also suspect that the tablet design for the 360 and PS3 will feature some sort of controller buttons, as there is no Wiimote for the 360 and PS3, and users will need some sort of button controls.

It’s hard to say how popular this will be on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but we really didn’t think it would be that popular on the Wii, either. The move will be interesting to see how well THQ is able to do with this release. Sources also tell us that we should expect THQ to announce six new uDraw titles at E3 for all three platforms.
