Asus has announced two new budget motherboards which are packed with features and based on Intel's B150 Express chipset, the ASUS B150 Pro Gaming and the B150 Pro Gaming/Aura.

Both new B150-based motherboards share pretty much the same specifications and design, apart from the LED feature found on the B150 Pro Gaming/Aura motherboard, which includes multi-colored programmable LEDs that can be set to show changes in temperature and load as well as work in several other modes

Although these are based on a budget B150 Express chipset, Asus included plenty of features on these two new motherboards, including USB 3.1 Type-A and Type-C ports, NVM Express (NVMe) M.2 port, Asus SupremeFX and Sonic Radar II audio, Intel-based Gigabit Ethernet with Asus LanGuard and GameFirst and more.

As noted, both motherboards are based on Intel's B150 Express chipset and feature support for Intel's 6th generation Core Skylake LGA1151 CPUs, have four DIMM slots with support for up to 64GB of DDR4-2133 memory, single PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot, one PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot working at x4, two PCI-Express 3.0 x1 slots and two PCI slots. It also comes with six SATA 6Gbps ports, one M.2 Socket 3 slot, one USB 3.1 Type-A and one USB 3.1 Type-C port, six USB 3.0 and six USB 2.0 ports, Intel Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1-channel SupremeFX audio and more.

Unfortunately, Asus did not unveil any details regarding the price or the availability date for these two feature-packed B150 Express chipset budget motherboards.
