ASRock rolls out cheapest Fusion ITX board

by on22 June 2012

Proves things can be too cheap to be any good

A few days ago we reported on a rather unusual AMD C-60 board from Asus, but now we stumbled across an even cheaper Brazos board cooked up by ASRock.

The mini-ITX ASRock E35LM1 features a single-core E-240 APU with Radeon HD 6310 graphics, A50M chipset, SATA 6Gbps, two DDR3 slots and even a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot, all for less than €60.

It is hands down the cheapest ITX board with an AMD APU out there, but we don’t see too many takers and here is why. It’s a VGA-only board, no DVI or HDMI. With this in mind, we reckon ASRock originally designed the E35LM1with OEMs and small businesses in mind.

For enthusiasts it is pretty much a throwback to the nineties, sans good music. In case you can still find a use for it, here are the listings.
