NZXT has announced its latest addition to the "Crafted Series" line of PC chassis, the mATX Vulcan.

The new Vulcan chassis looks like match made in heaven as it combines the looks and quality of NZXT's tower cases in a small and compact mATX ready LANparty case. The new Vulcan has 180x380x406mm (WxHxD) dimensions and weighs just below 6kg. NZXT managed to squeeze quite a few features in such a small chassis, and some of those features clearly aim at creating the ultimate LANparty-ready gaming chassis.

The new Vulcan supports micro ATX motherboards, has a total of eight bays: two external 5.25-inch, two external 3.5-inch and four internal 3.5-inch bays, all with no-screws rail design. The cooling is done by a total of five fans: one 120mm in the front which is included with the case, one 92mm in the rear, two 120mm on top (one included) and a 200mm fan in the side of the case.

Other noted features include a built-in rubber coated handle for easy transport, dual 8W channel fan controller and fan LED on/off function, pre-drilled watercooling holes and support for dual 120mm radiator mount, wire routing holes and CPU heatsink cut-out and almost anything that you would find on a full sized mid-tower case. It can even support dual GPU as it has enough room to take on two HD 5970 cards.

The best part of the deal is its US $69.99/€59.99 price tag. Accoridng to NZXT, the new Vulcan should be available by the end of May in both the US of A and Europe.
