To peddle tongue cleaners

This could very well be the first case of a company spending perfectly good money to buy a Facebook page. The company in question is tongue cleaner maker OraBrush, and it has bought the Kisses page, outbidding Hershey's.

The Kisses page has 1,158,002 fans, and it obviously makes for a good marketing device, even for an outfit making tongue cleaners. Facebook will also have to address page squatting and not allow users to take control of trademarked terms with the intent to confuse consumers.

Unfortunately OraBrush is not saying how much it paid for the page.
