Samsung's Galaxy Note II seems to be doing more than fine as the company announced that it sold upwards of 5 million since launch.

The company launched the Galaxy Note II on September 26 so it took two months to hit this figure. Samsung sold three million in the first month alone but October launch in the States helped boost the sales further.

As of recently, the Galaxy Note II is among the products Samsung is being sued over by Apple. Samsung has added Apple's new devices to its own lawsuits so it appears the two have basically been trading blows under the belt while steadily raking in dough and stealing the “other guy's” stuff.
