Samsung ships 10 million Galaxy S II phones

In five months
Much like a proud parent talks about his offspring graduating with honors, Samsung is telling the world+dog that it managed to sell ten million Galaxy S II handsets.

Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S II launched back in April and it is one of the best Android handsets on the market. Mind you, Apple is still king of the hill, as it managed to ship about 20 million iPhones over the past quarter.

However, Galaxy sales are picking up. Back in late July Samsung announced it reached the five million mark, so it managed to ship about five million in two months.
