Epic Games is ramping up hiring on two fronts. The company is looking for programmers to work on Gears of War 3 as well as a new unannounced title that is apparently already in development. This new title is said to be a completely new IP and something that is not related to the other titles that they have done previously, according to our sources.

Regarding the prospective new talent for the Gears of War 3 team, it seems likely they will bring in some fresh faces to help out with the steady stream of downloadable content that Microsoft and Epic want to offer as soon as Gears 3 drops. Despite a number of incorrect rumors, don’t look for Gears of War 3 to be ported to the PlayStation 3, but we hear whispers that a possible port to the PC could be in the works for release at some point in the future.
