Wall Street speaks heresy

A top Wall Street money man Julian Robertson has committed religious heresy against the Apple Cult by claiming that its latest CEO Tim Cook was actually better than its mystical fruity founder Steve Jobs.

Julian Robertson is the head of hedge fund outfit Tiger Management and to put the comment in to a more conventional religious pattern it is like saying Simon Peter was better than Jesus.

Robertson said he was "extremely positive" about Apple and that Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook was the "perfect person" to lead the company.

"It, I think, now has the right leader for this time" and that Cook was a better leader for Apple than previous CEO Steve Jobs.

Cook is "more of a humanist, and I think that's what a company of that size needs is a leader rather than an innovator."

Robertson said that the Apple Watch was a pretty good product but it was was not a key reason why he was bullish on Apple.
Still, if you want to put his comments in perspective, he also offered this one:

"I think Jeb Bush has done a good job of managing Florida, and I'm pleased to support him," Robbertson said.
