Not only is AMD not doing particularly well, but they lost some key people at least when it comes to the PR. We learned that the lady who just recently launched Puma at Taiwan, Suzy Pruitt, went to work for Intel.

She managed PR for AMD’s consumer products and she is joining Intel with a lot of secrets how AMD managed its PR. We still don’t know what she will be doing at Intel, but Intel can use some fresh blood; as they still think about territories and consider Fudzilla as Austrian / German site.

We believe that this is a big loss for AMD and it is not going to be easy to fill this gap. On the other hand, we believe she made the right choice as AMD still has to fire anadditional 5 percent of its staff by the end of September.
