Selling in the US for over a month

BenQ's XL2730Z 27-inch 2560x1440 AMD FreeSync monitor is now finally showing up on European retail/e-tail shelves.

While it wasn't available in Europe earlier, and has just started to appear in DACH and UK markets, the BenQ 27-inch 2560x1440 monitor with support for AMD Freesync has been both selling in the US for quite some time and got some rather good customer reviews. To make things even more interesting, this is currently the cheapest 27-inch 2560x1440 AMD FreeSync 144Hz monitor at Newegg.com and is currently discounted from US $799.99 down to US $599.99.

As far as specifications go, the BenQ XL2730Z has a variable refresh-rate between 40 and 144Hz, 170/160 degree viewing angles, 1ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 of brightness, USB Hub, and D-Sub, DVI, HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2 inputs, while its stand allows pivot, swivel, tilt and height adjustments.

As far as Europe goes, it ships from Amazon.de in 24h with a price set at €659, which is pretty much the same price you have to pay in most European shops. In the UK, Scan.co.uk has it in stock for £471.92 inc VAT£471.92 inc VAT.
