In case you're stationed on an nuclear attack submarine but insist on having the latest GPU hardware, PowerColor has just the solution, the world's first passive DirectX 11 card.

It can get boring under the arctic pack ice, and while you're creeping along at a couple of knots, the PowerColor SCS3 HD5750 will allow you to have quite a bit of fun. Sadly, there's still no DirectX 11 version of Harpoon.

The SCS3 packs a massive 32-fin cooler with 4 copper heatpipes. It is stock clocked, 700MHz for the core and 1150MHz for the 1GB of GDDR5 memory. It supports ATI Eyefinity and has dual DVI, HDMI output as well as DisplayPort.

It's scheduled to ship November 20 with a launch price of $149, so don't spend all your cash on cheap you-know-whats next time you hit port.
