Video demonstration

Engine Software studio seems to have gone one step ahead of Nintendo, and already implemented what Nintendo’s head man recently suggested will happen with next-gen DS portable gaming devices – motion control.

This Netherland-based studio has a prototype and they developed a game called TILT, where you guide a ball around the gameworld by tilting the actual device. The demo of course is nothing high-tech and is there for the sole purpose of showing the capabilities and additional potential such sensor would bring to the table.

It seems pretty neat and while it probably won’t be that great in all the games it should still be a nice feature and a must-have for some other titles. You can check out the video here
