Can't see with 3D glasses, see a doc

It has recently come to our attention that those who can't see 3D commercials with their 3D glasses are likely to have some kind of vision problem.

Apparently, it can't be the glasses and this has been confirmed by Dr. Habermehl, an optometrist at the Vision Therapy Group in Flint. Dr. Habermehl says “It could be an unconnected refractive condition maybe one eye is more near-sighted or far-sighted than another. It could be that they have astigmatism, where they're not seeing very clearly out of one eye and it could be a lazy eye".

COVD (The College of Optometrists in Vision Development) has a few tips on how you can see 3D, or at least realize that you've got vision problems. For instance, if you don't see 3D immediately but see it up to 30 seconds later it's just a vision problem. If you can see it but your eyes hurt or you get a headache, your eyes work harder than they should and you have a vision problem.

If, on the other hand, you can see the entire commercial, it changes nothing. You're conveniently advised to still spend some money to get your eyes checked as you still might have a problem if the headaches occur later.
