McDonalds to offer free unlimited WiFi
Does this bandwidth make me look fat?
WSJ reports that as of mid-January, peddler of overpriced stroke inducing foods McDonalds is set to erase the $2.95 fee for two hours of WiFi and render it free for its customers.
McDonalds will offer free AT&T-provided WiFi in 11,000 of 14,000 locations in the United States, so users are encouraged to indulge.
Of course, the move comes as a means to make your customers stay longer and enjoy their meals, although we're pretty sure such moves will not take long to show on the country's medical statistics.
So you see, WiFi is bad for your physique as it often eliminates the need to actually walk somewhere in order to get your job done. It is not to be confused with Wii Fit, although that obviously doesn't do squat for your health either.
