The person who successfully marketed the Wii to a skeptical US has confirmed that he is leaving Nintendo.
It has been rumored that George Harrison and other top executives would leave Nintendo of America following a decision by the company to move its sales and marketing staff to San Francisco and New York from Redmond, Washington.
Harrison said that he will not move to California and has not said what he will do after he leaves Nintendo.
He has been with the company since 1992.
