On Friday, the Nikkei Asian Review journal published a story hinting that some of Apple’s part suppliers in the iPhone supply chain are still trying to fix low yield rates of their components. Some forecasts are now cutting total iPhone production for the July to December period by five percent, from 120 million down to 114 million.
