Rambus does it again

Rambus,
the memory company which made more money in legal battles than on actual products, has done it again.

It has beaten Samsung's last appeal filed with the U.S. Supreme Court. Samsung had requested a review of a Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia ruling in the case. It was unable to prove its claims and Judge Robert E. Payne of the Federal District Court dismissed Samsung's claim.

Samsung had accused Rambus of patenting technologies disclosed at JEDEC meetings and destroying documents which proved Rambus' actions.
