Intel G35 based Essentio CS5110

Asus has announced a new addition to its mini-PC lineup, the stylish and sleek looking Essentio CS5510. The new mini-PC is based on Intel's G35 and comes with support for a wide variety of Intel Celeron and Core 2 Duo processors and two So-DIMM slots with up to 4GB of DDR2 800 memory.

This stylish machine measures just 290 x 200 x 80mm, but this doesn't mean it's not feature-packed. It offers the consumer a choice between a slot-loading Blu-ray drive with multi-format DVD burning or plain DVD writer, four USB ports, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet port, one Firewire, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 10-in-1 card reader, 3.5 inch HDD ranging from 250GB to 1TB SATAII and much more.

The graphics are taken care of by Nvidia's Geforce 8600M mobile GPU with 256MB of memory. This is an MXM card so it can be upgraded. It has one VGA and one HDMI connector with HDMI to DVI adapter included. The audio is done over Azalia 7.1.

The whole thing should run on Windows Vista Home Premium and it should be available pretty soon. As always, Asus' PR didn't mention anything about the suggested price of this thing.
