The hearth of this notebook is a Intel Core 2 Extreme dual-core 1066MHz front side bus processor with 4MB of L2 cache.

For the storage purposes Eurcom offer a 600GB, thats three 200GB SATAII hard drives working in RAID 0/1/5. That is just mad.

As for graphics cards, you can choose between two different NVIDIA cards. The first one is Nvidia Geforce Go 7950 GTX with 512MB of RAM if you want to play games on it. The best thing is that you can have two of these working in an SLI mode, which leaves you with a 1GB of graphics RAM.

The second option is for more professional use, and then you would want to go with OpenGL Nvidia Quadro FX 2500M also with 512MB of RAM. This option is SLI capable, and you can also have two of these. Eurocom uses Nvidia MXM-IV PCI Express module so it will be possible to upgrade it to the new generation of upcoming GeForce Go8xxx series.

As for the other technical specifications you can have up to 4GB of DDR2-800 RAM, Blu-ray, for audio you have 4 internal speakers and a one S/PDIF out and one HD audio interface. You have a 1Gb LAN for networking , internal modem 56k V90, wireless LAN 802.11a/b/g, or the SuperG 108Mbps as well as the bluetooth. It also has an integrated 1.3M or 2M web camera.

As for the display, it is a 17.1 inch WUXGA 1920x1200 screen. Notebook also comes with one S-video out with HDTV support, and one DVI with HDCP support, and the plain CRT.

All this weights about 5.4kg in dimensions of 397x298x51-60. It comes with 12-cell 6600mAh battery that can deliver approx of 1.5 hours of work, which makes him not so mobile.

It will become available on April 30, so all of you that actually need this kind of "mobile" beast, its all yours.

You can find more information on Eurocom.
