Edifier shows new stylish speaker models

Cebit 2009: Plenty with iPhone docks, and more

 

Edifier showcased a couple of new speaker models, and most of them come with iPhone, iPod and MP3 player docks.

These devices are very stylish with smooth surfaces, curved lines and unusual looks. Edifier might not be a famous brand as they’ve started the brand only recently, but you should know that they’ve been building systems for big names such as Logitech since 1996.

You can see the iPhone snuggly sitting in IF500 Luna5, and the 5 speaker system takes care of quality sound. The pricing however might not be so exciting as this system will be priced at around €250.

Most models we’ve seen feature touch sensitive keys and come with remote control. One of the models we’ve found interesting is Manhattan 8000, a sound system comprised of two large speaker boxes that communicate via infrared signal. On top or on the head you’ll find a CD, iPhone and iPhone interface together with SD and USB ins.

Also on display were the Dream speakers, which look a bit like IF500 but come with stands. The picture below shows Ciena 3.
